Why The Empowered Endings Institute?
The Empowered Endings Institute’s educational programs are built on the foundation of the Empowered Endings Model of Care. This model of care, now proven after seven (7) years of success supporting hundreds of patients and families throughout Southern California and beyond, ensures that patients facing complex and terminal illnesses, their loved ones, and their collaborating providers have the support, knowledge, and tools needed to create an Empowered End of Life Experience with the dignity and agency they deserve throughout their final chapter.
